Copyright Infringement
Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement
Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), all
notifications of claimed copyright infringement on the Verio system
or Web site should be sent ONLY to our Designated Agent.
WE CAUTION YOU THAT UNDER FEDERAL LAW, IF YOU KNOWINGLY MISREPRESENT
THAT ONLINE MATERIAL IS INFRINGING, YOU MAY BE SUBJECT TO HEAVY
CIVIL PENALTIES. THESE INCLUDE MONETARY DAMAGES, COURT COSTS, AND
ATTORNEYS FEES INCURRED BY US, BY ANY COPYRIGHT OWNER, OR BY ANY
COPYRIGHT OWNER'S LICENSEE THAT IS INJURED AS A RESULT OF OUR RELYING
UPON YOUR MISREPRESENTATION. YOU MAY ALSO BE SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL
PROSECUTION FOR PERJURY.
TropoWave IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for data, graphics, information or
other product that is published by our customers in violation of
copyright regulations.

While we do not in any way endorse the above referenced vendors
or the services that they provide, we would like to inform our customers
of the availability of such software. We also have integrated solutions
for our connection customers and network users.
Service Level Agreements
We are committed to providing a reliable, high-quality
network to support our customers. Providing you with consistent
access to your data is a high priority and is part of the
reason we makes commitments in the form of Service Level
Agreements (SLAs) that provide certain rights and remedies
regarding the availability and performance of our networks.
